Culinary workshop on traditional french cooking is a special meeting just for men or women who like food and wine (of course) but especially who like sharing, emotions and conviviality.

No need to know how to Cook, the only condition is to love cooking and eating, being greedy !

 

  • WHAT ?

The courses of traditional French cooking, I propose can be organized or in your home or in my kitchen in Santa Barbara !

If you want to share a special moment with your friends : you invite friends up to 8 people maximum included and I come to run your personal culinary workshop on traditional french cooking in your kitchen !

If you want to share and meet some other greedy  : you will be welcome in my kitchen and dining room in Santa Barbara !

I give a traditional French cooking course, a Culinary workshop on a Full Menu with an apetizer, an entrée and a dessert.

We cook together and then I set the table to the French way and share the meal that we all together prepared.

The expected duration is approximatively 2 hours for the lesson and 2 hours for the dinner, from 4 pm to 8 pm.

The expected duration for a Tasting Workshop is 2 hours, from 6pm to 8pm.

= 2 persons , $ 200.00 / person

= 3 to 5 persons, $ 180.00 / person

= 6 to 8 persons, $ 160.00 / person

For VIP culinary wokshop :

= 1st workshop, $ 200.00

= 2nd worshop in the year, save 10% = $ 180.00

= 3rd workshop in the year, save 20% = $ 160.00

= 4th workshop in the year, save 30% = $ 140.00

For children under 15 years old : $ 100.00 / children

To the Menu : you have to choose 6 sauces between 23 sauces !

—          Vinaigrette: oil, vinegar,… With a salad composed for example.

—          Basil Pistou :basil, parmesan, … With pasta for example.

—          Béarnaise: egg, white wine, … With barbecue sausages for example.

—          Aioli: potato, garlic,… With shrimp for example.

—           Sauce with Shallots : shallots, vinegar, … With a fried steak for example.

—           Sauce Butler  : butter, parsley, garlic, … With shells for example.
