Enjoy a fun afternoon in the kitchen working alongside Angelo to prepare a delicious Neopolitan menu using fresh local ingredients, then relax and enjoy your creations.  Angelo will share his presentation tips that elevate traditional, rustic dishes into works of art.

The Courses:

Benvenuto: Neapolitan street food stuzzichini

Antipasto di Salumi  (selection of salumi, local cheese, olive salad and a local vegetable)

Zuppa di Fagioli e cozze (bean soup with mussels and seafood, served in a Martini glass).  

Spaghetti alla Chitarra (hand-made pasta made with Angelo’s special flour blend served in a sauce of semi-dried cherry tomatoes, fior di latte, mozzarella, fresh basil)

Salsiccia e Friarelli (Angelo Bean wine-infused sausage and rapini)

Dolce – formaggio (selection of Fifth Town cheeses and Neapolitan sfogliata served with Angelo’s espresso blend or Pluck Tea)
