Whether you’re thinking about going plant-based or simply want to include more veggies in your diet, a solid knowledge base is what you want to have.
The workshop is dedicated to plant-based „beginners” and those who would like to adopt this diet (fully or partially) but don’t really know how or where to start.
In this workshop, we will focus on the nutritional aspects of the vegan lifestyle. You will learn about the benefits and effects of the plant based diet, the sources of all the nutrients you need as well as how to compose your meals and make sure your body is given everything it needs to thrive. You will also be provided with tips how to keep your diet in less convenient situations, where and what to shop and where to find further inspiration/information. Naturally, you will have a chance to ask questions.
