Award winning magazine Vegan Food & Living have teamed up with Alpro to host a number of vegan cooking classes as a part of their brand new Plant Powered Series.
For the first event we’ll be doing some hands on cooking and making the below food from scratch so that you can learn how to cook up the perfect vegan dinner party. The class will be an intimate cookery lesson where all you’ll need to bring is yourself and your hunger for vegan cooking!
You’ll be taught how to make the the following during the class…
- Carrot Lox with Beetroot Pancakes and Pickled Cucumber
- Cream of Cashew and Mushroom Soup
- Whole Roast Baby Cauliflower and Onions with Spiced Bean Purée and Garlic Crumbs
- Aquafaba Meringues with Poached Rose Rhubarb and Coconut Ice-Cream
Included in your ticket is a delicious lunch prepared by the lovely ladies at Ginger Whisk, where there will also be an abundance of teas and coffees to see you through the class.
