If you’re a high school or college aged student, chances are you are surrounded by a bunch of unhealthy fast food options and processed food snack machines. You may even have a limited cooking space and feel like your only option is to boil up a pack of Ramen noodles. Not anymore! Teens can learn to prepare healthy options for themselves for breakfast lunch, dinner and snack time! Don’t skip breakfast before school or work, pack a nutritious lunch and learn skills to make delicious dinners!
