Just in time for chilly weather! Join us for our “back by popular demand” Soup 101 with chili edition class with Clover Restaurant and owner Scott McCandless. You’ll learn simple, life changing foundations (yes, we give you wonderful stock recipes), formulas, and ingredients to make wonderful soups all year round. Wine, beer, small bites, and artisan bread will of course be in abundance… always a necessity when cooking! We send you off with a few samples of your favorite concoctions as well as a few small gifts to get you started on your soup making journey at home!
