Join Chef de Cuisine Michael Ridell at our weekly Porta Blu Cooking Series for a variety of fun classes, tips and tricks to enhance your culinary journey or just to have fun.
This week we will awaken the Irish in you just in time for St. Patrick’s day. We will travel to the Emerald Isle and learn how to make our own corned beef, braised cabbage, and potatoes – and finish it with a homemade guinness mustard sauce!
This is a hands-on class.
