We are entering the season where it’s easy to get off balance with our health and nutrition. What if you could simultaneously learn some new tricks in the kitchen and inspire you to stay on a healthy path?
Our resident Plant-Based Nutritionist, Heidi Dietz, will show you how to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Learn about the nutritional value of plants, and how they can prevent and even reverse disease. You will get hands on experience and leave feeling inspired and empowered to take action towards your health. Come to class hungry and leave nourished!

February: Take Your Lunch to Work
Learn to prepare delicious lunches that you can prep in a few hours to last the whole week.
March: Mediterranean Delights
Fresh, light, and healthy. Learn how to create meals with simple plant based ingredients that highlight traditional Greek and Italian recipes.
April: Asian Done Right
Learn how to make healthy versions of your favorite take out dishes right at home in less time than it takes for delivery.
May: Cinco De Mayo all month long
Celebrate May with a healthy twist on Mexican cuisine minus the fat, meat, and dairy.

June: Explore the flavors of India
Learn how to create the deep rich flavors of India your whole family will love. This class will be a delight for the senses.
