Event Details

Oyakodon is a Japanese rice bowl dish with chicken and egg. Japanese bowls originated in the 1890s when busy people in Tokyo wanted a quick but delicious meal. Kimiko will teach us how to make this typical Japanese dish, along with tips on creating other Japanese bowls. Class includes a full meal.
