Event Details

A 3-week series open to all McMaster students to learn cooking skills in a relaxed and interactive environment. This introductory group will provide the opportunity to explore and practice topics related to cooking skills, meal planning, nutrition, and food safety. Light meal included each week. All skill levels encouraged to join.

  • Week 1 – 4:30 – 7:00pm March 6, 2019
  • Week 2 – 4:30 – 7:00pm March 13, 2019
  • Week 3 – 4:30 – 7:00pm March 20, 2019

We do our best to make accomodations to our menu based on dietary needs and allergies. We do host some events where the main skills surround specific foods. Please contact Taryn at [email protected] if you are unsure whether your dietary needs can be met. Due to the public nature of community kitchens we can not guarantee that the items in the kitchen (cooking utensil, surfaces, etc.) have not come in contact with allergens or specific foods of concern.
