In this cooking class series with Megan Schoenbohm, you will learn how to substitute the best ingredients to prepare delicious and healthy gluten-free & dairy-free food options, that are sure to please any crowd.

November 1 – “The Taste Of Gratitude”
In this workshop, you will learn how to make tasty gluten free & dairy free crackers and savory dips to brighten your hors d’oeuvres table. All participants will get to take home the recipe, as well as a serving of our culinary creation.
December 6 – “A Sweet Celebration”
In this decadent workshop, we will explore the art of truffle making. A raw, vegan & gluten free treat that is always lovely to have on hand, and perfect for gift giving. All participants will get to take home the recipe, as well as a serving of our culinary creation.
January 3 – “Manifesting Wellness”
Begin 2020 with new healthy ideas to nourish your gut, and heal from the inside out. We will learn the process of making our own bone broth, healthy snacks for on-the-go, and other fun ways to support our bodies through the power of nutrition. All participants will get to take home the recipes, as well as a serving of our culinary creation.
Musical recording artist and songwriter Megan Schoenbohm has been entertaining Bay Area families for over 11 years. When not making music or practicing yoga, she finds joy in creating flavorful treats and dishes that cater to a wide variety of dietary preferences, particularly those with gluten and dairy sensitivities. She is a strong advocate for achieving optimal health through healing the gut, and is excited to share and inspire others to take control of their wellness journey, cultivate the richness of community through culinary adventuring and have fun in the process!
