If you are wishing to learn how to include more seasonal produce or you are wanting to expand your repertoire of plant-based recipes, this class will give you what you need.
Join Chef Francoise as she exposes different ways to cook with Broccoli and Cauliflower- all 100% vegan! First, we will start with a raw broccoli and cauliflower salad followed by some cauliflower tempura. For our entree, we’ll enjoy Falafel made from Broccoli and cauliflower with cream almond sauce. For dessert, we’ll enjoy a broccoli carrot cake with avocado cream. She will also teach other favorite recipes like different things to do with riced cauliflower from Risotto to Sushi! Join us to see just how easy vegan cooking can be!
**We are able to accommodate Gluten-Free diets in this class. Every dish is 100% vegan!
We will learn new dishes, Eat a delicious lunch and have a little tour around this wonderful sustainable farm.
