ChopChop Test Kitchen
Introducing our first baking-only cooking class! Students will be taught baking fundamentals and then get to practice the techniques by preparing recipes that are as tasty as they are wholesome. Stephanie Hurwitz is a culinary instructor and the Test Kitchen Manager of ChopChop Family. She spent nine years in corporate insurance before pursuing her passion for cooking. Stephanie attended the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, studying both savory and pastry techniques, then completed an internship at America’s Test Kitchen. Stephanie believes in using cooking as a tool to boost confidence and believes everyone can be successful and have fun in the kitchen. When Stephanie isn’t cooking, she is exploring new restaurants and walking with her dog, Hurricane.
